Stefan was incredibly easy to work with. Sometimes tough to reach but always got back promptly. The transportation company was nearly impossible to reach. I was told they would pick-up on a Friday, did not hear back until Saturday that they would be picking up on Monday. The transportation company did make their on-time delivery as scheduled. Overall, it was a pleasant and easy process. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
