We had a great experience working with our Ship-A-Car Direct broker to find a carrier to transport our Honda from Wisconsin to California. This was our first time working with an auto transport company so we were a little nervous, but our sales rep John walked us through the entire process and helped ensure that everything went smoothly John checked in with us via email to ensure that the pickup, transport and delivery went smoothly. The Ship-A-Car Direct app was great for taking photos of the car prior to transport to document the condition of the car. The car was delivered in the same condition as pickup (just a little dirty from being in an open air container). We would use this company again to save ourselves the headache of driving or hauling a car cross-country!
