I contacted Ship-a-Car Direct after talking to five car transport brokers and was surprised at the calm with which my inquiry was handled. John, my point of contact, did not push me for any decision and was always available to answer questions and provide clarifications. They worked with my restrictions on specific delivery dates and accommodated my requests.

Frankly, they made the entire process simple. When you are moving home, there are a bajillion things on your mind. Ship-a-Car Direct made sure that shipping my car wasn't one of them.
