This was the first time I used an auto transporter and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I had with Ship A Car Direct. Great communications, very clear on the process, hand off to the driver was smooth and I can't say enough good things about my experience. There's plenty of horror stories about these auto transporter, however I experience none of these issues with Ship A Car Direct. To be sure, I checked this website as well as BBB and both checked out positive.
