I placed my order on Sunday and the car was picked up within a couple days and delivered 2 days later, was much faster and easier then expected. The car we shipped was older and not in great condition but seemed to be in the same condition as when they took it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is we got way too many emails, it is just overkill.
