There was a great customer service effort from the team. When something wasn't clear they were always quick and readily available to answer a question thoroughly and honestly. I didn't have to think about anything. They would just handle it. Mostly by anticipating most of my questions beforehand and sending lots of informative email communication. I really liked the whole process.
