David was extremely helpful in having our car transported from Florida to New Hampshire. I could easily reach him either by email or phone and he was always prompt in his response. He was courteous and knowledgeable and his help was invaluable. I would definately use ship a car direct again, especially if David was the contact person. It is a stressful situation when you hand your vehicle over to a stranger and hope it makes it to its final desitination undamaged and on time. I felt like I had an advocate by using this company.They have the resources to reach out to the carrier to determine if the delivery is on time.
