This was our 3rd time using shipacardirect and it was the worst. Each time before the price was exactly what was quoted and the time was the exact date that was chosen. This time the price had to change twice and the date was off by 6 days. The customer service was awful. No one called us or kept us informed. I left several messages with no return calls

We apologize if there was a lack of communication on our part regarding the quote and pricing. The quote is always an estimate of what the final price may be to get your car moved. Certain times, availability, and other factors can always affect the price. We always try our best to be as up front as possible regarding the price and any possible price increases. Also, we usually ask for a 3-4 day window, as sometimes it can take a bit longer to help secure a carrier and finalize the price and dates. Jennifer even lowered our fee to help with the cost. Our apologies if we did not make this clear, we will surely work on improving that moving forward. We appreciate your understanding
