The first time I contacted this company, Jennifer answered the phone and gave me a quote for the shipment from Bellingham, WA (20 minutes from Canada border) to Maryland. But I had to send my car to an appointed place waiting for the carrier company to pick up my van. That's difficult for me, for I lived in Vancouver, BC, Canada. So I didn't decide to use it. Few days later, I contacted it again, a man answered my phone and said I must send my van to Seattle carrier's station (over 2 hours from border). That's even much, much more difficult for me. I hesitated. But then I thought that might be a better way to do among all the options. I called again, he just directly rejected such service. I then sent email to asked where is the carrier's station in Seattle so that I could figure out how to get there even it would be tough. He bluntly rejected me twice by mail without any explanation. The correspondence is as follow. that's very bad attitude. I was very disappointed. The next day, I thought maybe Jennifer could help me. Then I called her and left a message. she answered few hours latter and said that they can do the shipping door to door. Finally I sent my van to my friend's house in Blaine (5 minutes from border). They shipped it in one week.
