I read other great reviews and checked out the BBB and decided to go for it with Ship a Car Direct. Jennifer was great throughout the whole process. I was a little weary about the process and wanted to make sure everything was legit and she put all my fears at ease. They were a little past my pick up window but I wasn't on a time crunch so i was fine and Jennifer kept me in the loop the entire time. GS Transport was the carrier that transported my car and they were great. Alex was the driver and we had to change the delivery address 3 times due to the car arriving 2 days early (which was great) we just had to arrange where to drop off. Alex was great the entire time, dropped off the car fine and kept me updated the day of delivery when he was a few hours away, 1 hour away, 20 min away, 2 min away and then when he was there. It made delivery go very smooth and it was a great turn out from start to finish. Thank you Ship a Car Direct (Jennifer specifically) and GS Transport (Alex specifically) for your great service and help with this process. Definitely recommend and will use again when I need to ship my car back at the end of the year :)
