ACE AUTO was great. They give you a day notice and a follow up on the day of pick up and the same for drop off. I used them for two of my cars that were going out within a week apart from each other cross country.
On the down side, no one communicated (to me) the change of estimated pick up date for my car. I had my car ready for the date Ship-a-car-direct provided and that day came and no one called for a pick up. I called the assigned carrier ACE AUTO and they said they updated SHIP A CAR DIRECT. I don't know who dropped the ball but no one communicated with me on the date.
