My experience with Ship a Car Direct was very simple and hassle-free! I've never had to ship a vehicle before, so it was a new process for me and I was overwhelmed with the choices of companies at first. Other companies flooded my inbox and voicemail with emails, calls, and texts after I requested a quote, but not Ship a Car Direct. Kosta was always available to answer any questions and would respond very quickly. Both Kosta and the carrier were always in contact with me so I knew what was happening with my car along the way.The details of when my car would be ready for pick up were unknown until the last minute, and both this company and the carrier were very patient with me when I had to keep pushing the pick up date back. Once the car was ready to be picked up, it was delivered to me within 2 days, which was a lot faster than I expected! I would definitely use this company again.
