I didn't know much about the industry, but I was really glad that I was able to stumble upon Ship a Car Direct. The customer service at ship a car was excellent - Stefan, the sales consultant who was in charge of my order, made sure to answer all of my questions, contacted me promptly (within less than 24 hours) when I left a voicemail, and notified me immediately if there would be any changes to the price that I was quote. The transportation company, Erazo Transportation, that I was placed in contact with was also wonderful. The driver was very accommodating and made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the entire shipping process. The experience was absolutely flawless and easy. I would highly recommend this company and would use it again in the future to ship my car.
