I shipped my 2018 Audi Q3 with ShipACarDirect (SACD) from Florida to California, and it was a refreshingly excellent experience. I was most satisfied by the prolific communications between me and SACD, which was exceptional, and the response to my frequent requests for help/information was very quick. All of the people I was worked with at SACD seemed very friendly and happy to try to satisfy me every need. The SACD "Damage Photo App" on my cell phone was great, and Provided a convenient way to capture a detailed photo record of the condition of my car at pick up and delivery. I also appreciated the very competitive pricing, and there were no "hidden costs." Finally, my car was picked up within 2 days of my requested pick up date and delivered in 5 days!, which aligned nicely with my schedule. I can't say enough good things about my experience with ShipACarDirect ... they made me feel special, and I highly recommend them to anyone shipping a newer, or "favorite", car across country.
