Our car was delivered fine to the destination—driver was excellent. I would have appreciated better communication from Ship A Car Direct. They just assummed I had done this before and didn’t explain well how the process worked. This was a last minute departure and after I asked I was finally told it can take 1-10 days to find a driver UNLESS we raised the offer price. So it took longer than expected and we had to arrange for someone to be there to hand the car over. So beware—you need to know how this process works because they don’t explain it to you very well. If you know what you are doing—they offer a great price and did a good job getting the truck to he destination. The problem is clear communication for first time shippers. If you are in a rush expect to pay higher prices than quoted.
