TAT driver called (and texted) one day prior to give me his approximate delivery time, then again 1-1/2 hours before actual delivery. Both times were right on. Cars a bit dusty from the long trip, but in perfect condition. My Lincoln MKZ was picked up in Southampton Massachusetts on a Monday afternoon and in my driveway, located in Ontario California on Saturday. I Couldn't be happier and can't give enough positive feedback about the operation of "Ship A Car Direct," including that of TAT as well. Ease of process and communication were my top concerns, and both Ship-A-Car-Direct and TAT surpassed in both areas. Would highly recommend Ship-A-Car to my peers, to anyone in need of transporting a vehicle quickly, easily, safely and reliably.
