I had a positive experience using Ship a Car Direct for relocation in April of 2018. The Ship a Car direct sales representative addressed my questions and assigned the contract transport carrier, USA Auto Transport, relatively quickly. USA Auto Transport retrieved and delivered my VW Golf in a very timely manner. However, I would like to see an improved car transport tracking system implemented in the future. I would recommend using Ship a Car direct for personal automotive transportation.
