These folks are customer service-oriented professionals. My car was in an "off the beaten path location" and it didn't get an immediate response from any interested trucking companies. My Ship a Car Direct representative, Renee, was a rock star. She told me "that's my fault, I didn't know this route very well and so I think I slightly under-priced it, so we'll add $125 of OUR money to your bid to help get this done". My car was promptly picked up and I had it delivered to my house 40 hours and 1325 miles later, without a scratch. That's awesome service! Seriously, will use them again, and will tell my friends, too.
