I was generally happy with the service I received. I would have loved to have a date of pickup assigned sooner, but I understand that it's a dynamic business that requires some flexibility. I feel like the actual freight company that shipped the car was okay. I found it a little frustrating that they didn't call when they said they would. We had to rearrange some important plans because we hadn't heard from them when we expected. Other than that, there wasn't any issue with the experience.
