Overall the experience was decent. My car was picked up kind of late and you never know when your car will be picked up until the very last minute (so you may have already left town and you have to get a friend to give your car to the truck driver). The customer service was alright up until the very end when I was supposed to have a truck driver assigned to me. My car ended up being picked up about 4 days after the date range that I asked for my car to be picked up. In the end I got an excellent truck driver (Sarvis Transport) who got my car to me in perfect time and with excellent service. All in all the experience ended well but it was not without some tension.
