I had my Civic transported from Houston, TX to Sunnyvale, CA in May, 2018 operated by Ship-A-Car-Direct. The shipping was really fast: they picked up my vehicle on Tuesday around noon and it was delivered to the destiniation around Thursday noon! I used uncovered shipping, and my car was kept in great condition during the transport. The customer service has been really helpful and nice. They select good car-shipping company candidates for me and keep updating the information, so I don't need to bother to compare the quality of transport companies. Besides, Ship-A-Car-Direct provides an App to inspect my car before and after shipping, which is great record for me in case there is any unexpected issue during the shipping.
