Ship A Car Direct advertised itself as holding the customer's hand throughout the traumatic experience of shipping a car. As I have shipped my cars dozens of times over the past 20+ years I have learned that can be very important so I took the leap of faith and used them for my last car transfer. Mission accomplished and, in fact, they were there every step of the way, particularly when there was a hiccup at the beginning with the trucker. A particular shout out to Jennifer who took my emails and calls day or night and got the job done. From a Palm Desert California pickup to drop off in downtown Chicago in a little more then three days. Outstanding all the way around. You can and should question whether you are getting your monies worth with a middle-man broker in auto transportation; my answer, if it is with SACD, is absolutely.
