After scouring the internet for reviews of car transport companies and reading about the many horrible experiences people had, I was very apprehensive about shipping my two cars out of state. I finally came across Ship A Car Direct. They had really good reviews overall. I decided to give them a chance and I’m so glad I did. The process was easy. Matt came and took inventory of my cars indicating any scratches and imperfections. He was very polite and professional. I could tell he took his job very serious and somehow that made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. They assigned me a driver named JW (John) with Desert Auto who was very friendly and assured me that my vehicles were in good shape and would be arriving the next day. He then called me the next day to confirm his ETD and delivered my cars within a half hour of his estimated time. My cars arrived dusty but in good shape. I was very pleased with my experience and will recommend Ship A Car Direct to others.
