We had a Toyota Camry Hybrid shipped from Boston to Seattle by Ship a Car Direct Car. We were extremely impressed with the company's representative, Jennifer. She was very thorough, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained how the process worked, and kept me informed along the way. It took a little longer than the original time window requested due to high demand. The driver was on time and delivered the car with no issues or problems as promised. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks to Jennifer for making the whole process very easy.
