I am very happy both with Ship a Car Direct and with the shipping company they used, Splendid Transportation Inc. On the Ship a Car Direct side, I appreciate thoroughness of preparation and attention to detail. I was lucky in that I didn't have reasons to file a damage claim, but they made sure I know what to do in case this is needed, things went exactly on schedule, all the relevant information was communicated clearly and in a timely manner, my questions were answered immediately. Splendid Transportation also did a very good job, moreover, they went an extra mile (no pun intended) and accommodated my request to deliver the car three days earlier than scheduled, they also delivered it right to my place. I had another chance to ship a car a few months ago at which time I used a different company. That time I also was lucky in that the car wasn't damaged but that was a much less smooth and more stressful experience. Even though competitors may be offering a slightly lower price, to my mind paying a bit extra is well worth the stress free experience!
