I have used this company for two prior car shipments which went really well - generally on time and good communications with the drivers. While I would use Ship a Car Direct again, I would not plan a transport with a firm schedule. Mine was to pick up within a 5 day window and deliver within a 5 day window. Communications from the driver were poor as we were contacted for pickup time just a few hours ahead and told drop off on a Tuesday which did not happen until Saturday which was two days later than our 5 day window.
