We shipped our Hyundai Elantra from Reno to Houston in May. Matt from Ship-a-Car Direct was really helpful and very responsive. Overall the process went very smoothly. The cost ended up being higher tha the initial quote, but Matt reduced his fee in order to compensate for the difference. The only complaint was that our carrier only gave us a 2 hour warning before pick-up, but that was not the fault of Ship-a-Car Direct and Matt apologized for the lack of advanced warning. Given that we were afraid that the pick up wouldn’t happen before the date we needed, we were just glad to have someone come get the car. The car arrived in good condition and on time. Would definitely use this service again.
