This is the third time I've used Ship a Car Direct and worked specifically with Matt. He is always great with his communication and a strong partner in getting your car picked up. If he thinks the offer amount needs to be slightly raised to get your car picked up then he'll 'advise' you but allow you to make the decision based on your situation. I needed to have my car shipped from GA to CA the week before Memorial Day. I submitted the request on Tuesday and car was picked up on Friday morning. The driver was great and car was in CA the following Friday morning. During the process both Matt and the transport driver (George) kept me informed so I didn't have to worry or chase anyone down to get an update. I will be calling Matt again later this month to move my last car back to CA.
