We needed to ship our Sequoia from a different state than our home (from a friend's house) to several states away...all managed over the phone and the pick-up and drop-off contacts were either friends or other family standing by. Ship-A-Car-Direct communicates well and uses reputable driving companies to transport your vehicle safely and efficiently. If you don't want hassle, you want good communication on what to expect, and you don't mind paying a fair price (not cheap-but cheap gets you what you pay for often), then you will want to use Ship-A-Car-Direct.
