I am impressed by how Ship a Car Direct helped with my car transportation. First, I tried to schedule a car shipment in one day, and my representative, John, tried his best to arrange it. However, I was not able to deliver my car to the pickup driver. John quickly and kindly responded to this situation and helped arrange a second pick-up effort. My car was then shipped to me on time. During the whole process, John and the team in Ship a Car Direct kept me updated and informed, answered my questions in a timely manner, and they followed up timely to confirm that the car had been delivered.
