Ship a car Direct were in constant contact with me during the whole process. The carrier delivered the car at the times the estimated. Both when they called the day before and on p/up and d/off days. We called maybe 2 times during the shipping, and though they didn’t answer, they called back within minutes as they were driving the transport truck at the time. They were nice and courteous throughout the shipping. Thru out the whole process from calling Ship a car direct the p/up and the d/off it went smoothly and pretty much as stated by both parties broker and shipper.
