Chose SACD because they were most upfront and consistent. Evaluated 5 "brokers" in all. All were very responsive, but 3 others "booked me" as a client when I had not completed or sent them any paperwork - merely expressed an interest. One of them said "No Down Payment" and yet their paperwork asked for $75 down. When asked, the rep said don't worry about it. I didn't proceed any further with that broker, but they still put me on the board. SACD kep me informed throughout the process but didn't overwhelm me with email, texts or phone calls (like most everyone else). The app for documenting the condition of the car is a great idea, though I had to go through the entire process 3 times because it failed to save my pics (hence 4 stars instead of 5). They also followed up once the car was delivered to ensure everything was ok. So I would use them again. As for the transportation company (Amar Transport), they delivered my car without mishap and on time, but I was unhappy with having to drive 7 miles to deliver my car to them. They wouldn't come any closer though the roads would allow and there were parking lots within 1 mile of my house where we could have loaded. Also I told him my optimal windows for pickup and there was no flexibility. So not sure I'd use him again.
