Eve responded quickly and answered all question.
Transport company assigned also responded quickly and answered all questions. Even customer support responded quickly to a text I sent.
E-mails company sent were very helpful in explaining their process of shipping and easy to read with no intent to dupe or change the quote.
Car got there as indicated, no damage. Even looked as pretty as it did when it left, and it went by open carriage
Overall a VERY good experience (even without the rebate, which is bonus)
