From the moment I spoke with Renee I knew we were in good hands. She and the companies website made clear how best to make the arrangements for the car transfer and also provided incredibly helpful advice all along the way. Not only that but the first bid Renee made (more reasonable than others) turned out to be the exact price we paid. The driver of the car transporter also turned out to be a terrific guy who made the collection and delivery work very smoothly. I cannot recommend highly enough using ShipACar Direct and the brilliant Renee.
