Overall, my experience with Ship a Car Direct was good. The gentleman from Nikas Transportation Inc who transported my car from California to Maryland was very nice and communicated with me throughout the process. He called me to let me know when my car was getting picked up and when it was being dropped off. My car didnt get picked up until a day after my estimated ship date. Luckily, i had a family member give the gentleman my keys. I was very surprised that it only took 5 days to get my car when i was told it would take 7-10 days. When it came to communicating directly with Ship a Car Direct, i had trouble communicating with Scott. I had to call the toll free number instead. I would still recommend this company.
