Ship a Car Direct overall did a good job with transporting my car from NY to TX. They were easy to communicate with and reliable. The person who came to pick up my car did not call me the day before as instructed but the Ship a Car company was able to contact him for me on the day of transport. The person came a few hours later than originally scheduled but was in touch via cell phone with updates on his arrival time. The car arrived ahead of schedule and things went smoothly with the delivery. No scratches or dents on my car, it arrived the same as it left. All in all I would use them again!
