It took a little while for Ship A Car Direct to find a carrier for my car—about a week after the initial pick-up date. The shipping went relatively quickly, my car was undamaged. When the car arrived the transport vehicle had overheated and the hydraulics weren't working—I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes for my car to be unloaded while standing outside in the heat. Not the driver's fault and my car was fine, but it would have been nice to have the driver call me when he was able to unload my car instead of having me watch him struggle to unload my car in 95º heat. I would use this service again.
