Stefan and the team at Ship a Car Direct were helpful an responsive throughout the process of moving my car across country from AZ to NC. The only hangup was that when I discussed timing, I was advised that you typically need less than a week lead time. However, it took a week longer than estimated to get my car picked up. I had to leave AZ ahead of my car, and had a friend drop off the car, which ended up working out ok. Stefan did say they would drop their fee from $225 to $125 for the hassle, which I really appreciated. However, they still charged me $225. :-/ The car arrived in good shape, and there were really no issues with the car transport process itself. In the future, I will plan to give myself even more lead time for transport. I would potentially use Ship a Car Direct again in the future.
