Good Service for a Good Price

Moving down from Indiana to Florida I found that I had no choice but to ship my beloved 1971 240Z. I was hesitant, especially after all of the effort I had put into restoring it. But after doing a bit of research and reading reviews I decided to go with Ship a Car Direct. Now it did take 7 days (instead of within 4) from my earliest pickup date until my car was on a transport. Which I get, not easy to get a truck going from middle of nowhere Indiana down to Florida, but still a bit of an inconvenience. However, to Ship a Car Direct's credit, and why I decided to rate the experience as 5 stars is that they remained in contact with me throughout the process, letting me know what the problem was and that they were still looking hard. AND, they sent me a FULLY ENCLOSED transport even though I still only paid for open transport after the car was delivered at the same price they had quoted me from the beginning. I have to say, their customer service was fantastic, and I fully appreciate them working with me and taking a hit on the fully enclosed transport when they could have up-charged me. I imagine it was probably the only truck going to Florida within 200 miles. In summary, the price was exactly what they had quoted me, the car arrived very quickly and in perfect shape after being loaded on the transport, and their customer service was very good. Given the choice, I'd go with them again.
