When first looking into companies to ship my car from Illinois to Texas, I chose Ship A Car for their great reviews. It was super easy to get a quote and John was great at answering my questions. I signed up three weeks before I was to start my move - fast forward to three weeks later when my acceptance date (date a carrier would likely accept my car to be hauled by them) came and went, and I was moving in two days with no family to take my car while we were moving. John was out of the office until the day we were to move, and I called panicking unsure how I was going to accomplish this. Another rep, Eve, (who had other clients of her own) quickly called and started helping me expedite things. Her assistance made the experience less stressful, which is what we needed in that moment. While my car wasn’t picked up before we left, we did find friends who could house it until it was picked up a few days later. My car arrived in Austin promptly one of two days after pickup (!! So quick!) and it was in perfect condition. THANK YOU
