First time shipping a car, and was really nervous about how it would all work out. When it got to be the day that I wanted my pickup and I hadn't heard from them yet, I was a little nervous so I reached out. I will say that my representative was very responsive to me and didn't fall off the face of the earth, but that once I had left town and had to leave a friend in charge of the car, suddenly the price went up some. We did work it out amicably and they were relatively reasonable about it for people who just jacked up my price when they had me cornered. Car was picked up and delivered when they said it would be, and besides some dirt and a funky smell in my car, was just how I left it. All in all, would probably use again.
