I was happy with the move, and in particular the speed with which the driver got my vehicle across country. One thing I was not happy about was the payment. I was given the option of paying cash or cashiers check. Since my usual bank has no local branches, gaining access to a lot of cash, I followed instructions for making the payment via cashiers check. I had a cashiers check for $1,500, which the driver told me over the phone he would not accept. He would only accept cash. It was a giant pain in the butt to find a local bank to cash the check so I could give your driver cash. Drivers should not change the terms of the contract. For this reason I dropped your rating from a 4 to a 3.
