I shipped my car from NJ to FL. I was apprehensive about the whole process, but ship a car direct ensured that it was seamless. I raised a request on their website, put in the tentative pick up date and delivery date and the pick up address and delivery address. Once the order was placed, I received the quote and a call from them asking for more details. They also informed me upfront that the if they are not able to find a carrier for the said date, I may have to make arrangements to drop the car at a friend's place so that they could pick it up from that place at a later available date. Good that they were honest in their approach. But thankfully, the carrier was assigned for my car to be picked up on the expected date. The carriers were professional in approach. And picked up the car at the said date. Though not at the said time, which was kind of okay, since the person picking up had some other deliveries. And after 3 days it was delivered at FL without any damage. I would certainly recommend them for any car shipment.
