Used this service based on a recommendation from a friend. Would definitely use it again. The broker I communicated with was fairly responsive and easy to work with. Of note, we lived on a peninsula from which we were shipping a car. Most computer systems don’t seem to understand this, so in short we weren’t getting a lot of drivers interested in picking up our car. I had to figure this out myself and suggest the change to the broker before the car was grabbed off their “queue.”
