My interactions with ship a car direct were always positive. Exception being in trying to initially set it up my request was rejected. Turns out automated will reject request if destination is rural. Once I called we were able to make arrangements, delivery had to be made to city 50 mi away. Cost came in about $200 above estimate, but once driver located process was fast. Car made it across country in less than a week. No damage to vehicle.
