John was extremely helpful in setting everything up to ship my car from Maryland to California. He answered all of my questions promptly, and was absolve when I needed to ask more. A trucking company (ETA Trans Inc) was found for me within a day, and though they came to pick it up a day early without much notice, it was in California days before the estimate arrival time. I would absolutely use Ship a Car Direct again, should I need to.
