The pickup was very smooth. I met the driver at the end of the street where there was a large area where he could pick the car up and easily get turned around. He kept me up to date as to his arrival. The drop off was a little more cumbersome. The driver didn't want to drive into St. Louis, so my daughter met him at a WalMart parking lot about 10 minutes out of St. Louis. It would have been more convenient for my daughter to have the car delivered to her apartment.
