Great Service Once Car Picked Up

We had no problem with our truck driver or with the time it took to deliver. We were unaware that our cars weren't guaranteed pickup in the date range we provided (until a few days before). We were moving, so our dates weren't super flexible leading up to our preferred pickup time. Not much harm done though. Our cars were picked up only a couple days after we would have preferred.
