Ship a Car Direct was great to work with. All my questions and emails were answered in a timely manner and a shipper was found quickly. I did have one issue with the shippers. They were hard to get a hold of. The only communication was when they called me. Every time I tried calling them, it went to voice mail and their voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. The reason the shippers gave for this was that they only have one line and if that line is being used, another caller cannot reach them. Also, I got a call from the shippers on thursday afternoon saying that the driver would pick up the car sometime Friday, but the driver called me Thursday evening saying that he is coming to pick up the car in 10mins. It was a good thing I was home. Other than that everything worked out okay and the car arrived on time and undamaged.
