My experience with Ship a Car Direct was great overall. They email you an app you can use to document the state of your car before and after shipping which is really cool, but that was the only issue I had. It is situational, so I believe most won't experience this; but I was not at the pickup origin of my car so I could not document it. Thankfully nothing happened, but if something did I most likely would have been out of luck. Other than that situational issue they were great, and I definitely recommend them. As for the particular shipping company they used (Trans Cargo Inc.) I'd give them about a 3 - 4 out of 5 as well. The car arrived without any damage, they were pretty quick, and didn't try to change the price on me last minute or anything like that. However, my issues with them were that they didn't keep me updated (as was mentioned they would). Anything regarding the delivery I had to reach out to them for because they didn't call me back at the time they said they would (I'm not talking about 30 min or even 1 hour late, it was hours) or not at all. Because of that I couldn't plan out and had to reschedule my days. Other than that everything went very well.
